The work of Court Street Village in providing affordable senior housing and supporting improvement of the neighborhoods surrounding the downtown Flint area is important to the future of Flint.  That’s why we created an endowment fund to help us weather the ups and downs of funding through government grants and programs. 

Court Street Village has been very fortunate to have support from the local foundations and many generous individual supporters over the last 20 years who believe the goals and mission of CSV are important to the revitalization of downtown Flint.  CSV relies on contributions and grants to help rebuild Flint.  Read about the programs we support on the pages of our WEB site.
