 Court Street Village Avon Park was opened in 1995 and has 56 apartments in seven buildings designed for both active professionals and families. It was financed through the Michigan State Housing Development Authority’s 70/30 tax credit program for providing reduced rents in 30% of the apartments for tenants with income levels at or below 50% of the Flint area median income of approximately $24,000 per year. The remaining 70% of the apartments are market rate rents. It is located at 1330 Avon Park Dr.on Lapeer Rd. just South of Court St. near the Flint Cultural Center.
CSV Avon Park is professionally managed by CSV Management Corp, a subsidiary of CSVNP. The Resident Manager is professionally accredited with the “ARM" (Accredited Resident Manager) designation.
 CSV Avon Park was designed as a neighborhood. Each building has 8 apartments, which is more conducive to getting to know your neighbors and feeling a part of the community. The design of the building provides each unit with a private entry, an attached one car garage with a garage door opener. Each garage is oversized to allow for a storage area in the garage. For our family residents with children, we have an outdoor play-scape, fenced in for safety. The layout of the buildings provides for many “green areas", creating a park like setting.
We offer 2 or 3 bedroom units with 1 bath, 1 1/2 or 2 baths. The 3 bedroom units are townhouse style with three bedrooms and a full bath upstairs and 1/2 baths down stairs. All units have patios or balconies.
Each apartment comes with kitchen appliances, including: a dishwasher, generous cupboards and counter space as well as washer & dryer hookups, cable TV ready connections, individual heating/AC/hotwater units, triple pane glass and carpet/vinyl through out. Mini blinds are provided for all windows, allowing you the option of adding valances or draperies of your own choosing.
At CSV we pride ourselves on the service we provide. Our Maintenance staff is well trained with over 20 years of experience and are available during normal work hours and on call for real emergencies 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The office staff offers free FAX service.
