To plan and initiate activities which will enhance and improve the neighborhood^s quality of life and the physical, social, and economic environment. 

Boundaries:

Longway Blvd on the north, East Court Street on the south, Gilkey Creek on the east

& North Bound Chavez Drive on the west.
